Vic felt laid back against the leather seating of the tour bus that would be his home for the next couple of weeks. It was pretty nice, better than the last one they'd had. There was no doubt in the young singer's mind that the "Collide With the Sky" tour would be a hit.

Not to mention he was touring with his best friend, the legendary Kellin Quinn. The two had become good friends a while back, and after recording their latest hit together had decided they should treat their fans to a tour together. Sure enough ticket sales had been through the roof and Twitter was a buzz with giddy fans.

This was week one on tour and so far everything was going as planned. The bus seemed to be working properly and there hadn't been any arguments or venue problems either.

Vic smiled, picking up the latest AP magazine, flipping through the pages. He'd almost gotten half way through the first paragraph on an interview with the latest cover page band when he heard the door of the tour bus slam. He jumped a bit, feeling his fight or flight reflexes kick in.

The cause of the disruption was none other than Kellin. The normally easy going and usually happy singer seemed to be in another world. His pale fingers were pulling at his jet black hair, his eyes scanning the floor as if he'd lost something.

Vic looked around, no one else was on the bus. He wasn't even sure Kellin had realized he was sitting there. The other man's eyes glanced up, coming to rest on the mocha colored boy. Vic swallowed hard, suddenly finding Kellin's gaze a bit unnerving.

"You okay man?" he asked in a small voice.

Kellin didn't answer, he just stood there perfectly still. There was something up, something had happened. It wasn't until now that Vic saw the cell phone he had clutched in his right hand. His fingers seemed to tremble as they curled around it.

Cautiously Vic made his way over to his unstable friend, placing a hand on his shoulder. Kellin's eyes snapped up to Vic's.

"I said… are you okay?"

"V-Vic I-" he began but seemed to be at a lost for words.

Vic looked down at the phone, slowly taking it out of the other's grasp. He didn't put up any fight and let him take it. The screen lite up to Vic's tour reveling a recent text.

The name read Katelynn. Katelynn is Kellin's wife and mother to his new born daughter. Vic felt his stomach drop, he liked Katelynn, he really did but there was a strange hint of jealously that laced his thoughts whenever she was around. Little did Kellin know that some of the famous songs of heart ache and love that Vic sung were about him.

"Kellin… this is hard to say but I have to. I was unfaithful and I am sorry. I love you, but we have to talk"

Unfaithful? Vic reread the text at least two more times before looking back up at Kellin who was close to tears. They'd seemed to happy, so perfect.

"S-She cheated on me…" he spoke in a soft voice, trying not to let it break too much.

"Kellin… I'm sorry, I don't know what to say…"

"Save it, I'm obviously not good enough! I'm not good enough for her, and I'm not good enough for our daughter." he said in a sudden change of tone, he pushed past his worried friend towards the back of the bus.

Vic caught himself before starting after the other man. He caught his arm right before he opened the door to the bunks. Kellin turned, pulling his arm out of his grip.

"What?"

"Kellin you know that's not true, you know you're more than good enough…"
"Obviously I'm not"
"M-Maybe it isn't you…"

Vic shut his mouth before finishing what he wanted to say. What he'd long since felt. It wasn't that he wasn't good enough for her, it was she who wasn't good enough for him.

He'd never admitted that to his friend because it wouldn't have ended well. But perhaps this was the time to come clean.

"What do you mean?"

Vic looked down, uncomfortable with the situation. He could feel Kellin's heavy breath on him and it made his stomach do flips and his heart beat race.

"Well I mean, maybe she's the one who's not good enough… for you" he said in almost a whisper.

"What are you talking about, of course it's me!

"It's not you Kellin! You're perfect! She doesn't deserve someone like you" Vic said without thinking. He covered his mouth, knowing he'd fucked up.

'Y-You really think that?" Kellin asked. He wasn't shouting at him, or even mad. Vic was sure that he would be, yet he wasn't. Kellin liked his pale pink lips, making a chill go down the other man's spine.

"I do…" Vic said looking down.

Kellin lifted Vic's chin up slightly, so that he could look him in the eyes. He found himself closing his eyes, leaning in towards his friend. Their lips touch, making both boy's hearts skip a beat. Vic didn't understand why Kellin was doing this but he was glad he was. His lips were so soft against his, it felt so right.

When the kiss broke he opened his mouth to talk, but Kellin only silenced him with another kiss, this time deeper and more aggressive. Kellin pushed him back on the couch, climbing on top of his thin body.

"You think I didn't notice the way you look at me, the way you act around me? You're not as good at hiding your emotions as you think?" he whispered in Vic's ear.

"W-what?" Vic asked, pushing Kellin back.

"You say you're sorry about this but secretly you're not are you?"
"I'm sorry that you got hurt…"

"But you're not sorry that this might break us up?" Vic looked down, should he lie? Kellin was right, he wasn't sorry that this might be the end of them.

"No… I-I guess you're right"

"Well… odds are we are over, what is it you say? What's so good about picking up the pieces?"

"What if I don't even want to?" Vic said with a small smirk.

"Maybe you're right Vic, maybe I've spent too much time with someone who wasn't worth it…"Kellin's fingers were walking their way up Vic's tan stomach.

Vic felt his body respond to the other man's touch, his pants suddenly becoming a bit tighter in a certain area. Kellin noticed, rubbing his other hand against his crotch.

"Mend my broken heart?" Kellin asked, kissing up the singer's tan neck.

"Gladly" Vic answered back.
Kellic request for my friend.
